Billy Luther is a Navajo/Hopi/Laguna Pueblo filmmaker, writer, and director. His feature Frybread Face and Me premiered at SXSW. His documentary feature Miss Navajo premiered at Sundance Film Festival. He was a writer and producer on Dark Winds (AMC) one of the first major TV productions written and produced primarily by Indigenous creators. He is the founder of BILLYLU INC and The Woolworths Project, a nonprofit bringing AI and technology education to Indigenous communities, reservation youth, and underserved Americans. He is building a bridge between storytelling, AI, and the communities that traditionally don't get access to emerging technology.
