Billy manages and is the chief architect for the Enterprise Platforms Data Lake platform. Billy joined Goldman Sachs in 2011 as a Technology Fellow working in Technology Infrastructure. He was named managing director in 2015.
Prior to joining the firm, Billy worked at IBM as a distinguished engineer working on the WebSphere Application Server Platform.
Billy earned a first class honors Bsc in Applied Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland in 1989.
