Bonnie Therese is the current President for the Minnesota Change Management Network, serving her fourth year on the board. She has worked for several years in Change Management consulting, championing clarity and human connection. She has worked on several technology transformations, focusing most recently on M365 and Teams. She currently works at Microsoft as a Senior Customer Success Account Manager working closely with some of the largest Health and Life Science customers in the world, helping them to realize the value of the Microsoft tools, guiding strategic adoption plans and change management goals with executives, program leaders and directly with end users. She is passionate about helping people find community and connection within their change management, communications and networking journey.
