Over 20 years I've led enterprise delivery across six countries — up to 140 people, six concurrent programmes, portfolios. In 2014 I shipped the first WebRTC video conferencing in education, serving 1,783 institutions. In 2026 I built a nine-phase, 47-agent agentic AI delivery platform. Both won innovation awards. Neither started with a budget.
That pattern is deliberate. I think the shortest path from an idea to organisational change runs through a working artefact, not a business case.
What I do now
Delivery and programme leadership on large CRM/ERP and digital transformation engagements, currently at Accenture.
Alongside that: agentic AI, delivery automation, and enterprise IT governance.
