In 2002, Brian founded several property development and contracting firms, significantly contributing to the transformation of Calgary's urban landscape. His role as President of Vectus from 2011 to 2015 was marked by strategic oversight of numerous redevelopment projects and the launch of new construction initiatives, significantly enhancing the city's development.

Before his immersion into real estate, Brian was pivotal in leading an oilfield equipment manufacturing company through a significant growth phase, culminating in its successful sale to an American competitor in 2001. His subsequent executive positions included CEO of Capitan Overlay Technologies, where he led a significant turnaround, and Vice President and CFO of Flotek Industries, where he spearheaded expansion and introduced innovative technological advancements.

Brian's early career involved managing the financial operations at Cassola Management, overseeing a conglomerate of 32 companies across various sectors. He also served as State Finance Manager for the Salmat Group in Australia, responsible for the financial operations of the group's New South Wales division.

Originally from Toronto, Brian moved to Sydney, Australia, at the age of seven but returned to Canada in 1991, settling in Calgary after living in Vancouver and Edmonton. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and obtained professional accounting designations in Australia and Canada.

Brian's passion for the outdoors is evident in his love for rally racing, skiing, and boating. These activities cater to his adventurous spirit and allow him to engage with the stunning natural environment that Calgary and its surroundings offer.
