Briana is a passionate and dedicated professional who has worked versatilely within the healthcare space in various specialties. Ultimately, she found her passion within medication access and prior authorization solutions. Currently she is the Director of Practice Services at MedicoCX, which specializes in patient-centered access to biologics as well as providing practice solutions and education to enhance their biologics programs.

Highlighting her commitment to best provide these high-level services, Briana is a continuous learner. She attends many well-known conferences to support her knowledge within her specialty as well as find new solutions with the goal to resolve practice and staff process barriers. She has obtained her Prior Authorization Certification (PACS) and commits volunteer time to non-profits within the medication access space and mental health space.

Briana's knowledge set and dedication have allowed her to: successfully launch Buy and Bill programs for naive practices that are now flourishing, eliminated patient debt related to high-cost medications, improved patient adherence with financial navigation and education related to medical benefit, educate practices and staff on medical vs. pharmacy benefit acquisition with a patient-centered approach to everything she does.
