I'm founder and CTO of Sanctum SecOps LLC, architecting post-quantum PKI, multi-tenant CAs, and crypto-agility tooling for open networking and CMMC environments. I'm an active IETF participant and Internet-Draft author in LAMPS and PQUIP on PQC hybrid certificates, ACME PQC agility, and multi-tenant PKI, and hold a USPTO provisional on topology-aware PQC rotation. Using my patent-pending toolchain, I produced 133 PQC composites as a closed-source provider, verified against OpenSSL and Bouncy Castle.
