Britta Davidson, Ed.D: I am a Coordinator IV in special education with Redlands Unified School District. I have over 15 years of experience in education, both in general education and special education. I received my Doctorate in Organizational Leadership in 2018, and have since been focusing on leadership in special education, mediation, and supports with best practices.
David P. Dowling, JD MDR: I am an adjunct professor with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law. I also work as a consultant providing dispute resolution services for families of children with special education needs. Additionally, I train lawyers in mediation and negotiation skills across the US and Europe.
