With 8 years of experience in data, I have led training programs and delivered data models and analyses that empower teams to make impactful decisions. I have also led the development and implementation of ODI's data stack, using Fivetran, dbt, and Snowflake to enable data integration, modeling, and analysis. I have applied my data analysis and visualization skills to measure and optimize the performance of various state websites and products, such as covid19.ca.gov, myturn.ca.gov, and edd.ca.gov.

As a Governor-appointee and a public servant, I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation in my work, and work hard to cultivate cultures of excellence, transparency, and inclusivity. I led a movement of culture change at ODI that grew into a 35-person "team and community building" working group, and now has two full-time staff dedicated to continuing this 3 years long celebration of culture and identity.

I am excited to keep applying my expertise to positively and meaningfully affect human life.
