Brooke Stanley Agina is a Software Engineer, Systems Architect, and Innovation Strategist specializing in open financial protocols, cross-border payment routing, and digital financial infrastructure.

Currently, Brooke serves as the Project Technical Lead for the Interledger Protocol (ILP) initiative at United States International University - Africa (USIU-Africa), where he directs open payments research, designs specialized technical curricula, and leads engineering cohorts in building scalable payment networks using ILP, Rafiki, and Open Payments standards. He is also the Founder of Korridor Finance, a fintech startup focused on building modern financial rails.

Previously, Brooke was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Safia Health, where he led technical strategy and platform development, and served as Chief Executive Officer at AcademyofCloud. His engineering experience spans backend systems, cloud platforms, and mobile engineering (across Python, Dart, Go, and Kotlin)
