Bruno Miranda, also known as Spicy Bruno, is the founder of ChiliBangs, the largest Web3 community in Portugal and one of the most influential brands bridging Web3, culture, and innovation across Europe.
With a bold vision to democratize Web3 access, Bruno created Web3 Wednesday Lisbon, a weekly gathering connecting builders, visionaries, artists, degens, and institutions to purposefully explore blockchain and community opportunities.

He is the creator of the NFO (Non-Fungible Organization) concept — a revolutionary framework designed to merge the cooperative spirit with Web3 technology, building long-term sustainable ecosystems globally.
Currently, Bruno is rolling out NFO and the Web3 Forest School concepts across Europe, working closely with governments, universities, and local communities.

In 2024–2025, Bruno has expanded his work to East European countries (Romania, Poland, Estonia, Hungary, Serbia, Czech Republic) and is building a new international ambassador program to spread Web3 adoption across more than 20 cities.
