I strive to innovate upon today’s technologies to provide solutions for tomorrow ‘s needs, through the means of software development. I enjoy being involved in the development community and try to do my part to grow the community. I do this by running the Salt Lake azure group. We strive to show developers, business professionals and students the possibilities Microsoft azure offers. I also have been in the professional software engineering world for over ten years. Through that time, I have been able to experience many different software platforms as well as help teams work together to achieve the best software solutions, either with my own company or with my current employer. Currently, I am the director of software development for GPS capital markets, who deals in the financial sector of foreign exchange. I have been there for 8 years and have been the leader in technology innovation since the beginning of my time there.
