Bryan is a certified Scrum Master and has been recently described as a "Disruptor" by his peers. He considers this designation to be a tremendous compliment. Bryan is passionate about Agile methodology, advocating for positive change, and helping teams to focus on continuous improvement in themselves as well as their work. Before becoming a Scrum Master, he grew up in software development as a Software Support Analyst and Quality Engineer.
