Bryana Townsend has spent nearly a decade of her career in Information Technology in various functions and roles. As an experienced Project Manager with a passion for agile methodologies, Bryana is excited to share her knowledge with the community.
Bryana manages complex projects, leading diverse teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Bryana implements agile methodologies in her projects and has seen the benefits firsthand, from increased team collaboration to faster project delivery.
Bryana is passionate about representation, and equity and currently serves on the Leadership Team as the Recruitment Strategy Lead for the Afro Professionals and Allies at Insight, where she works to increase outreach to HBCUs.
Bryana obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and is a graduate from Florida A&M University. Bryana holds several certifications from PMI, Scrum.org, Scaled Agile Framework, Prosci Change Management, and Lean Change Management.
