Develop a Diverse Technical Team’s Full Potential
This session explores what it takes to empower your technical team, as diverse individuals and as a collaborative unit. It is estimated that 1 in 7 people is neurodivergent, 15-20% of the population. Several situations will be presented as seen from neurotypical and neurodivergent. From awareness and inclusion of neurodivergent perspectives to common obstacles, we'll explore multiple strategies to help you build an inclusive and effective culture of collaboration.
I have presented this at a corporate internal conference. May look for second speaker willing to identify as neurodivergent.
