Hi, I'm Caitlin – I'm the founder and lead facilitator at interlude.

I’m on a mission to make work better. I’m fiercely passionate about creating healthier, more sustainable ways of reaching high performance that help people do remarkable things – without chronic stress, burnout and overwhelm.

My sustainable productivity workshops with interlude are industry agnostic. I've helped teams at global giants like Visa and innovative startups like Beckley Psyctech and Superside, as well as ambitious people in communities like Sophia Amoruso's Business Class and universities like UCL to build sustainable productivity practices help them to reach their goals without the personal price tags.

I’m a TEDx speaker and regularly do talks and panels at conferences like WORKTECH, Global House x SXSW and Earthfest. My writing has been featured in publications like Startups Magazine and Workplace Wellbeing Professional.

A Cambridge and UCL graduate with an MBA from Quantic, my career has spanned leadership in high-growth startups, ideating award-winning brand campaigns, and running sell-out events – always with a relentless focus on improving how we work *and* how we feel at work.

Inspired by my own experience overcoming a life-changing health challenge, I am determined to change workplace culture for the better – one workshop, team, and conversation at a time.

Because if our productivity isn't sustainable, it isn't really productive at all.
