Dr. Carleton H. Brown is currently the school counselor program coordinator, co-clinical coordinator, and educator in the Counseling, Special Education, and Educational Psychology department of the College of Education at the University of Texas at El Paso. Dr. Brown has been a certified school counselor for more than a decade. He is certified in the state of Texas and Arkansas. His experience as a school counselor includes elementary, middle, and high school levels. He is also a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor, and board member of the National School Counseling Evidence-Based Council. His experience in counseling includes all ages; however, his primary population has been pre-k through college-level students.
