Carmen Barr was born in Lima, Peru. At the age of 16, she moved to the United States to attend university and study Computer Science. Over the years, she has worked as a real estate appraiser and selling real estate since 2006. Carmen married Jeff Barr in 1982. Together they had and raised 5 children and are the proud grandparents of 8 children. They reside in Seattle, Washington.
