Carmen is a "creative developer"​ with 7 years'​ experience in the SharePoint realm. She started as a graphic design specialist and later morphed into a SharePoint developer which gives her the cutting edge in designing and developing appealing, user friendly portals and applications. Her clients ranges from 3 users to 60000 users in SharePoint 2010, 2013 and also Office 365 and includes architecture, hybrid architecture, design, development and maintenance. She is also one of the few hybrid SharePoint specialists who work in both the business and technical fields which gives her the ability to speak geek as well as business. In 2014 she finalised her Microsoft MCSA, MCSE and MCSD certifications and is currently working on another MCSD certification for Windows Applications as well as her MVP accreditation.
