Dr. Carol Galladian is a seasoned higher education leader with over 15 years of experience advancing student success and family engagement at a range of diverse institutions. She currently serves as the Director of Orientation and Family Programs at Florida International University, where she oversees university-wide orientation efforts and leads innovative family engagement strategies that support over 12,000 participants annually.

Carol has previously held roles at NASPA, George Washington University, Georgetown University, Nova Southeastern University, and Towson University. Her expertise spans student affairs assessment, cross-campus collaboration, strategic communication, and inclusive program development. She has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led national employer engagement initiatives, and supervised large, diverse teams of professionals and student leaders.

Dr. Galladian holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Towson University. She is an active member of AHEPPP, NODA, and NASPA, where she has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as Conference Chair and Mentor Program Chair. A committed educator and former adjunct faculty member, she has presented nationally on topics such as student leadership, off-campus engagement, and commuter student success.
