Caroline Thuo is an award winning agile Business and Technology leader. She has over a decade in leading teams to deliver projects across Government, Public and private sectors.

Caroline holds a Masters degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and is a PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner. She is certified in PSMII, PAL1,PSPOI, Prince2 Agile, SAFE Scrum Master, Kanban, Design Thinking and Professional Scrum with UX.

Caroline is a mentor for The Global Give Back Circle, an Organization enabling young women in STEM from underprivileged backgrounds in East Africa by leveraging the time, talent and support of role-model mentors in the community.

She is also a pillar in the multiple award winning Safaricom Women In Technology that empowers girls at every stage of their education journey #FromThe ClassRoomToTheBoardRoom. Recently recognised at the Gender Mainstreaming Awards for Investing in Young Women.
