Cary is a Senior Software Developer at Hornetlabs with over 10 years of industry experience in C/C++ software development.

Before Hornetlabs, he worked in PostgreSQL and smart metering energy sector, designing innovative and scalable solutions for energy utilities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC) since 2012, and has extensive expertise in networking, database internals, security, smart metering innovations, PostgreSQL databases, architecture design, as well as embedded systems.

With a strong passion for open-source technologies and high-performance database systems, Cary continues to contribute to PostgreSQL development and innovative designs.
