Cassie Geraghty, PHR, is a Senior People Strategy Partner at Neo4j. She partners with function leaders on all aspects of people strategy, using key metrics, research, and change management best practices to provide data-driven recommendations and thoughtful guidance. She also manages Neo4j's Mentorship Program, and is involved in DEI&B and ESG efforts. A University of California, Berkeley alumni, Cassie wrote her thesis on the impact of automation on labor in American society, so she is excited by the potential and power of graph technology.
