Hey there! I’m Catherine Jones, CEO and Transaction Coach at Zuzi Strategies, where I guide clients through high-stakes transactions as a coach, business advisor, and mentor all rolled into one. With a legal career that kicked off on Wall Street as a finance lawyer, I’ve advised investment banks and companies globally on over $72 Billion in transactions. My legal journey culminated in serving as General Counsel of two startups – Virgin Mobile Latin America and Upside Business Travel, where I focused on keeping legal costs down while managing corporate structures and international operations. My career has spanned the globe, working for an international hotel company with operations from the Maldives to Mexico and a Latin American telecom. I’m fluent in Spanish and interned on the Supreme Court of Argentina. And if you think the US legal world is complicated, try doing it in another language and legal structure!

I've recently transitioned to transaction coaching, recognizing that much of my time was spent delving into the psychology of deals—I've even been called an "expensive therapist" by a client! I serve as a sounding board and advisor to clients going through the emotional roller coaster of high-stakes transactions, keeping my clients true to their end goals and values in that chaos.
