Ceri is an interactions specialist, chaologist and trainee neuroscientist, adept at helping teams at all levels to work together more effectively. With a background in teaching, she is here to make evidence-based research accessible and useful to technical professionals.

As a qualified coach, and a team dynamics consultant with a decade of hands-on experience, Ceri finds joy in creating lightbulb moments and turning assumptions on their heads, as well as reading everything she possibly can (because ADHD).

Tea in hand, Ceri works alongside leaders and teams globally and is continually delighted to speak with audiences worldwide, mostly about the beautiful intermingling of behavioural science and agility.

Ceri also loves brains, but not in a weird way.

Working with walls: WorryWall and Wonderwall, tools to get teams talking!

Three columns, and a pile of sticky notes...

What if, using just one deceptively simple tool, you could get teams talking, figuring out next steps together and resolving conflict? Even if previous retrospectives were silent, even if they feel helpless - even if they hated each other?

In this case study, I'll show you how we did just that, across multiple areas of three organisations - changing ways of working, attitudes and even the culture, as a result. Not only that, but you'll have an opportunity to practice using an online version of the tool during the session, and come away with some facilitation notes that means you can get started with using it, right away.

Sharing, after all, is caring!

Calm in the chaos - a stoic guide to leading in the Permacrisis

Rising panic. Geosociopolitical events beyond our control, and a shrinking job market in the face of economic turmoil.

And in the midst of it all, agile practitioners and servant leaders try to stand as beacons of light on isolated rocky outcrops, battered by the waves of dissent, rebellion and commoditisation.

In response, this talk will present a light-hearted, rip-roaring dash through tumultuous times from the perspective of behavioural science and neuroscience, showing us why we and the people around us might be feeling the way we do, and suggesting some top tips on how we can possibly hope to pick our way through the rubble.
