Men2Men Café: Purpose, Legacy, and Identity

Men2Men Café is more than a discussion — it is a sacred gathering, a brotherhood in reflection, and a space where men rediscover their divine calling to lead, love, and live with purpose. In a world where the weight of expectations often silences men’s hearts, this powerful evening experience offers a moment to breathe, to be seen, and to be renewed.

The Honorable Bishop Henry Hearns, a pioneering civic and faith leader whose life exemplifies endurance, humility, and grace, joins Eric G. Glaude, LCISW-R, an accomplished clinician and advocate for men’s emotional well-being, to co-create a transformative dialogue around the pillars of Purpose, Legacy, and Identity. Together, they invite fathers, sons, brothers, and leaders to pause and reflect on the deeper meaning of manhood in today’s complex world.

Through storytelling, guided reflection, and shared wisdom, participants will explore how to reconcile past wounds, strengthen present purpose, and shape a legacy that transcends personal success. The dialogue weaves spirituality, psychology, and lived experience to awaken a new understanding: that identity is not defined by what one has endured, but by what one chooses to build from it.

Participants will leave inspired and grounded, ready to live as legacy-makers — men who lead with compassion, faith, and conviction; men who understand that their presence is the most powerful inheritance they can ever leave behind.
