Chad Pieper serves as a Project Manager and design engineer in the Government Services Practice at HR Green. Chad has 26 years of experience as a municipal civil engineer designing and managing a wide variety of projects. His experience includes everything from planning and developing project budgets for the municipality’s Capital Improvement Plan, to project design, bidding, and construction. Some of his more recent projects have included the rehabilitation of water treatment facilities, lift station rehabilitation, collection, and distribution system upgrades, rehabilitation, and additions to wastewater facilities, force main installations, new roadways, and various roadway infrastructure projects. Chad holds Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
