Chad Widtfeldt embarked on his real estate career in 2005, quickly making a name for himself at Regency Real Estate Brokers. His efforts catapulted the firm to the top of the sales charts in Orange County, California. His successful tenure there led to a prominent role at Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he now guides a team of fifty agents across an extensive region from Santa Barbara to the Mexico border and through to Palm Springs.

He co-founded the Green Group with Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino. In 2022, Chad seized an opportunity to expand further by establishing Harcourts Carolinas in Columbia, South Carolina, a move prompted by the region's rapid growth potential.

Chad Widtfeldt has overseen the sale of over 1,000 homes, accumulating more than $1 billion in sales volume. He has further innovated his service offering by partnering with Harcourts Auctions, introducing a dynamic auction-based selling method that has extended his reach across North America.

In addition to his professional commitments, Chad has been a dedicated philanthropist for more than thirteen years, with a significant focus on the Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue. Along with his business partner, he supports various charitable organizations, including Angel Flight and Laura's House, and participates in cancer research and community support fundraising efforts.

On a personal level, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their children, Peyton and Hudson, in their Rancho Mission Viejo home community. An avid marathon runner, he is also authoring a book about his experiences in various international marathons, aiming to complete all of the World Marathon Majors.
