Chanceline Boutchouang Nghomsi is a young Cameroonian leader
dedicated to community development and leadership. With a professional
Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Rural Development, Chanceline
has a strong background in the fields of environmental economics, rural
development, and agri-business. Founder of Prospectiva Ltd, His work includes
significant contributions to the analysis of agricultural value chains, particularly in
digital economy, the poultry sector, focusing on value chain analysis and value
sharing.
Since joining Junior Chamber International Cameroon (JCI C) in 2013, Chanceline
has taken on numerous leadership roles and was elected National President in
2023. He is also a graduate of the 2022 JCI Leadership Academy in Japan and has
been recognized multiple times as the Most Outstanding Member of JCI C, for his
contributions to young people’s empowerment and the organization’s
development. His leadership is marked by launching impactful initiatives such as
the Cameroon Peace Is Possible Campaign, the World Clean Up campaign, and the
#TrashChallenge237. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led efforts to distribute
sanitizers, masks, and vaccination services.

In 2020, Chanceline founded the Cameroon Youth Economic Forum to advocate
for better youth policies, demonstrating his commitment to building a better
society and addressing young people's challenges. His skills span economic
analysis, rural development, project management, research methodologies, and
effective communication. With a passion for making a difference, Chanceline continues to champion sustainable development and youth leadership across various platforms.
