ChangKyu Kim was once a biophysicist, ages ago, who has become a business development professional across multiple cybersecurity and automation ventures, including Synopsys, SensorFleet, ApexaIQ, UBiqube, and BeyondNow. In recent years, he returned to his early passion for stochastic process analysis in complex systems, joining Japan’s National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) as a collaborative researcher. His current focus lies in uncovering insider threats hidden within “silent noise”—subtle, anomalous behaviors that evade traditional detection.
