Raised in Irvine, California, Charles graduated from Georgetown University in 2010 with honors in history and political economics. His bicoastal background has been instrumental in establishing strong client relationships in both New York and Los Angeles.

As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gravity Strategic Partners, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business consultancy, providing clients with critical business strategies, wealth-building advice, and capital market insights. In addition, Charles serves as President and CEO of his family’s real estate business, Leisure Properties, and advises numerous startups in various industries on financial and business strategies.

Born and raised in Irvine, California, Charles spent much of his childhood by the waters of Newport Beach, enjoying the coastal environment and the sight of surfers riding the waves. He attended University High School in Irvine, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and was a standout athlete in football. As a dedicated Boy Scout, he earned Eagle Scout status, exemplifying leadership and commitment. His academic path led him to Georgetown University, where he deepened his understanding of political economics, gaining valuable insight into how global economic systems operate and the impact of public policy on financial markets.

Charles began his career in financial consulting by leveraging his expertise as an Executive Director in the equity capital division of one of the world’s most significant wealth management and investment banking firms. Through his firm, Gravity Strategic Partners, he provides strategic advice to public and private companies, institutional investors, and family offices across business strategy, PR, and capital markets. Throughout his career, Charles has managed more than 1,000 transactions, raising over $1 trillion in capital, including over 500 IPOs for some of the world’s largest companies.

In addition to his consulting work, Charles holds advisory roles for Tagup, an AI startup serving the military and large industries, and Surf Air, a Los Angeles-based aviation marketplace. His passion for business extends to philanthropy, where he actively supports charities such as Walk for Water and invests in restaurant ventures. Charles is also an avid wine collector and enthusiast, playing a key role in the global wine community by forming partnerships between producers, collectors, and restaurants. He continues to give back to the community, sharing his financial expertise to help others succeed.
