Chelsea has worked at Nationwide for over 6 years. She currently works as an Agile Leader in Nationwide Financial Technology supporting two lines in Annuity Technology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a dual specialization in Marketing and Business Analytics & Intelligence from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). She recruits Technology Summer Interns from BGSU and is a co-founder of the Enterprise Monitoring & Observability Guild.

In her free time, she enjoys taking workout classes, eating local Columbus cuisine, and spending time with her puppy and husband (just got married in October 2021). Chelsea can also be found participating as a rider/volunteer in Pelotonia.
