Chelsea Mandello is the Founder and CEO of Troopster Donation Corp, a veteran-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to sending care packages to deployed U.S. service members worldwide.
A Navy veteran who served across nine ships and 13 countries, Chelsea witnessed firsthand the gap that exists at mail call — some service members receive packages from home, and some don't. She launched Troopster on Thanksgiving Day 2015 while still on active duty, and has since grown it into a national operation that has sent more than 82,000 care packages to deployed troops across 22+ countries, engaged 9,400+ volunteers in 15 states, and produced 199 community events. In 2026 — the year the United States turns 250 — Troopster will pack its 100,000th care package.
Chelsea holds an Executive MBA from William & Mary and has been recognized with numerous awards for her entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to the military community, including the 2024 National Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year from the U.S. Forces in Business Awards.
