As a Navy veteran who served across 13 countries, Chelsea witnessed firsthand the need for personalized care packages during difficult deployments. Since launching Troopster in 2015, the company has sent over 56,000 care packages and has grown its impact nationally with more than 4,500 volunteers.
Chelsea holds an Executive MBA from William & Mary and has been recognized with numerous awards for her entrepreneurial excellence and commitment to giving back to the military community.
