Chelsea is an energy & emissions analyst at Harvard University, where she manages the University’s environmental data inventory and serves as product owner for its carbon accounting platform. In this role, she leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of emissions data across a large and complex portfolio, ensuring alignment and compliance with evolving local and state climate regulations while supporting Harvard’s institution-wide decarbonization efforts.

Chelsea’s work sits at the intersection of sustainability, environmental policy and compliance, and data systems. She brings a multidisciplinary approach that integrates technical analysis, policy interpretation, and stakeholder collaboration, partnering with operational leaders, sustainability teams, and decision-makers to translate complex data into actionable insights. She is particularly passionate about building and stewarding scalable sustainability data systems that enable informed decision-making, transparent reporting, and regulatory compliance.
