I'm a local government official in the Information Department of the City of Hiroshima. I'm a leading expert on DX human resource development for local government officials and holds a Master of Science in Instructional Systems. I'm currently a doctoral student at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Hiroshima City University, researching DX skill surveys of local government officials and developing an individualized optimal learning system based on instructional design theory. I'm also the Japan Reegisterd Information Security Specialist Association (JP-RISSA) board member.
