Chris Dix (chris.dix@cloudradial.com) is the Director of Conversational Interfaces at CloudRadial, The Client Company for MSPs, where he leads the development and direction of the CloudRadial Chat product. Chris was the founder and solo developer of ChatStyle, a chat and automation software platform for MSPs and their customers, which was acquired by CloudRadial in 2024. Chris has over 20 years of experience developing software. He is also an author and has spoken at conferences for Microsoft, O'Reilly, VSLive, and IT Nation.
