Chris Lucas, founding partner at Nihco Europe and GWSC ltd, has 30 years of experience across the globe in the Americas, Western and Eastern Europe, SE Asia, and Africa.
 
A charismatic operational leader, Chris has been managing mid and large operations, with a strong focus in privately held groups. Specializing in FMCGs and premium brand building, Chris has been managing Business units and then consulting across the fine foods, beverage and banking/funding sectors.

In the last 12 years, Chris has been focusing on helping mid to large size privately held companies to drive change and transformation, with strong focus on emerging markets, helping owners and management teams to establish adequate governance, build efficient organisations and processes, attract and develop talents and upgrade product and brands’ portfolio, most often in fast evolving environments and/or transition periods (such as transition to a new generation of owners)

Chris most recently clients include one of the leading private beverage group in Kenya, leading beverage groups in France, Ukraine and Asia, as well as large private banking and beverage groups in Russia. Previously. Chris was the CEO of Russian Standard international vodka company, and before that held several senior management/BU CEO positions at the Pernod Ricard group, in Poland, France and Canada
