Chris Muller began his career in IT as a software engineer building shopping carts and other backend systems for some of the first e-commerce web sites on the Internet in the late '90's. His experience led him to the world of telecommunications where he quickly realized the need for better project management techniques after participating in several failed waterfall driven projects. Chris practiced Rapid Application Development techniques and became scrum master certified and has used those skills for the majority of his career.
