Her business endeavors span from Art In Motion LLC, which specializes in custom motorcycles and sculptures, to Kapp and Kappy B&B, a unique bed & breakfast in Florida, . She also founded DataPsy, Inc., creating transformative experiences. Her earlier success includes founding and selling TechKnowQuest, Inc., one of Orlando’s fastest-growing tech companies, in 1998. All of these concepts will be merged in Historic Downtown Kissimmee's newest venue, Violet's Garage.

Sculpture Enhancement using TinyML - Say Boo!
Sculptures, like most things in life have a beginning, a middle and an end. A sculpture named Flow-ery Bull initially represented the productive state called "flow". It was welded during a week-long "flow state" where pieces were cut with a plasma cutter and assembled into flowers that ultimately yielded a bull. It was displayed in a public art venue, then was unfortunately vandalized by teenagers. That made me mad, so I literally buried it in the back of my garden for three years.. During that time, I thought about whether to re-imagine it and make it better than ever or just let it rust away for a future archeologist to find and wonder about. I've always wanted to blend my love of technology with my passion for art - and had never taken that next step to do it. Until now.
I discovered Tiny Machine Learning (TinyML) in June. I decided to dig up the sculpture, and then re-imagine both the sculpture and my career next steps simultaneously, so that I can surf another wave of technology. A secret feature in my hollow sculptures is a little guy named "Boo" who will be attached to a Halloween Candy Dispenser and put back into the bull.
The interactive capability is built using TinyML and the Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense and robot parts. This talk will show you the physical sculpture reconstruction, the technology, and what I intend to do next with this new knowledge in my career and life.
