As Principal AI Product Manager at Microsoft, my focus is on helping customers reimagine what’s possible with Cloud, AI, and virtualization technologies, as we move “From a computer on every desk in every home, to a PC in the Cloud on any device and AI in every service”.
Since joining Microsoft in 2018 through the FSLogix acquisition, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping Windows 365 and its community—starting from its earliest days as a Visio stencil. I’ve contributed to key innovations like Windows 365 Boot, Switch, and the Windows 365 app, and helped incubate the vision behind Windows 365 Link. My mission is to drive innovation across Windows 365, AI, Windows, and Microsoft Intune, while empowering customers through community and technical enablement.
I’m the author of five books, including the newly released Mastering Windows 365, and am currently working on Mastering Microsoft Intune – 2nd Edition, a follow-up to the 20k+ bestseller. I hold seven patents across cloud and virtualization technologies and have won six internal Microsoft Hackathons.
Before Microsoft, I was a Global Black Belt for Azure Virtual Desktop and have been recognized with community honors including Microsoft MVP, Citrix CTP, VMware vExpert, Parallels VIPP and Nvidia NEPA—an achievement held by only five people globally before I joined Microsoft.
I also co-lead the #DAASLIKEAPRO community survey, founded the Microsoft meets Community: Windows 365 event (aka.ms/w365event), and host the Windows in the Cloud video podcast (aka.ms/WindowsintheCloud). I regularly speak at global conferences like Microsoft Ignite, Citrix Synergy, VMworld, and more.
