Christian Auriach specializes in innovation management, more specifically in IPM (Innovation Performance Management & Innovation Portfolio Management). From the development of a strategy to the optimization of scaling up processes through, in particular, the dissemination of methods of co-creation, knowledge capitalization, arbitration and measurement, organization (cellular, agile and learning organizations) and collaborative ecosystems (open innovation).

C. Auriach draws on his experience in the field as much as his research work (he is an affiliated professor at ESCP Business School and teaches Innovation Management at Celsa Sorbonne Université) to offer services targeted and adaptable to the current challenges. Founder of Scenent, he previously held various strategy and innovation management roles at Accenture (Partner leading the Process & Innovation Performance business line), Matra Cap Systems (now part of Airbus) and Crédit Lyonnais (International Division - Europe & Asia).

He has a Sup'aero engineering degree and holds a Master's degree in Business Consulting from ESCP Business School. He is co-author of the book Pro en consulting published by Vuibert.
