Christian D. Créer et développer une activité technologique dans l'aérien, le spatial et le géospatial au Cameroun soulève, pour les porteurs de projets, des questions juridiques concrètes : quelles règles connaître, à quelle autorité s'adresser, comment tester une solution, accéder aux données et proposer un service ?
Proposée par l'Association africaine de droit aérien et spatial (AADAS), cette table ronde suivra trois étapes : connaître les règles et les interlocuteurs publics qui concernent ces innovations ; faire remonter les incertitudes et les difficultés rencontrées par les startups ; discuter des adaptations juridiques et institutionnelles qui pourraient faciliter l'expérimentation, l'accès au marché et le développement des entreprises, tout en préservant la sécurité et l'intérêt public.
En réunissant les perspectives des innovateurs, des autorités publiques et des juristes, la session cherchera à dégager des priorités concrètes pour que le droit contribue à faire décoller l'innovation au Cameroun.
L'AADAS publiera, dans les trois semaines suivant le sommet, une note consignant ces priorités.
