A certified transformational coach, nutritionist, author, and public speaker. She has served in various non-profit foundations, domestic violence shelters, and homeless shelters nationwide. She began public motivational speaking 18 years ago as a corporate executive at Fortune 500 companies, model/actress, and restaurant manager. Born and raised in New Orleans, with a lineage of metaphysical healers and spiritual leaders.
She has assisted in training and supporting numerous law enforcement officers within Colorado in Crisis Intervention Training (CIT), where she met her husband 14 years ago.
