Christina is an experienced digital leader, consultant, author and qualified coach. Over the last 20 years she has led teams delivering public sector digital transformation at a local and national level, including local authority, NHS and higher education. Christina has built and led teams ranging in size from 5 to 120 members.
She is the author of the award winning book 'Careers in Tech, Digital and Data', co-author of 'Delivering Business Analysis' and writes for print and online magazines. She is active in the professional community, attending and regularly speaking at tech events and conferences. She is committed to the development of future tech professionals, has introduced entry-level roles into her organisations and chaired the creation of a national digital route apprenticeship standard. Her portfolio of roles includes Director of a cross-industry Leadership Forum, and Director of Community at a tech consultancy start-up.
