I have been an accredited T' ai Chi Chih instructor since 1993. Before I became the Holmes Institute and CSL Distance Education Dean in 2004, I taught T' ai Chi Chih in places such as the Camp Pendleton Marine Base, a real estate company, a used car company, the Chopra Center, fitness studios, senior living facilities, and the Encinitas Senior Center. I kept up my Encinitas Senior Center classed during the 16 1/2 years I was the Dean. I have taught T’ai Chi Chih on Zoom from the for the past 2 ½ years for the Encintias Senior Center, Seaside Center for Spiritual Living, the CSL Professional Development program, and continue to teach on-line through Enhancing Life Unlimited.
I have an MA in Education, 4 lifetime CA teaching credential including Community College, an MA in Consciousness studies from the Holmes Institute, a DD from the Emerson Institute, and an Honorary DD from the Holmes Institute. In 2016, I received the CSL Ernest Holmes Award for pioneering the on- line education for CSL beginning in 1998 and for taking the Holmes Institute distance program online and upleveling it beginning in 2004. I was a former teacher and school administrator, the Western Regional Training Manger for an educational software company, a Project Coordinator for Community Learning and Information Network in Washington, DC during the time the Internet was migrating from the Defense Department to the world in the mid-1990' s, a Minister since 2003, and the Distance Education Dean for the Holmes Institute and CSL from 2004-2020.
