IT Consultant/Engineer who started out in the break fix contract market. During my career I have studied, earned certifications and worked to develop myself into the IT Engineer and Manager I am today. My experience includes extensive work with Novell, Windows, Exchange, and SQL migrations, installations, support, and maintenance. I have personally consulted, designed, sold, managed and implemented well over 300 migration projects for Exchange, SQL server, Active Directory versions ranging from NT 3.51 to Windows 2019. As an IT Architect and Engineer I possess an understanding of technology and how it plays a role in today's business to be an investment, not a liability and in a manner that can be quantified. My role is usually that of "When no one else can fix it, and we don't know what else to do, call Christopher, he'll get it done." That is my brand of service: A robust troubleshooting methodology that does not depend on simply looking for answers on google.com. I apply my developed troubleshooting formula to solve problems relying on my own deep knowledge of the systems I work with.

I have held IT Management positions in at multiple levels, in multiple companies. My time has been marked as a respected and effective leader who maintains an open door policy and rather uplifts his employees with incentives instead of just "cracking the whip" all day.

Technology is my passion. I have always known that "computers" is where I wanted to be. In essence and with some misgivings, each job I have had has been a pleasure to learn and grow from. When I took it upon myself to read the GWBASIC reference manual at 10 years old and taught myself how to "hack" my games and then start writing my own, I knew this is what I wanted to do with my life.

It's not all computers and business however. I'm also an avid SCUBA diver, a frequent gym goer and I also enjoy live music, salt water fishing and of course, video games.
