Christopher Polvado is a business executive, Senior Executive Business Analyst, and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, operational management, and business development. Based in Trophy Club, Texas, he works with small and medium-sized businesses to improve profitability, strengthen internal operations, and support sustainable growth through his role at Cogent Analytics. Before joining the company in 2021, he spent more than 14 years in a regional leadership position and over 12 years working independently as a business consultant and analyst.

Polvado earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tarleton State University. After graduating in 1994, he began a professional career focused on leadership, operations, and business development.

From June 1994 through October 2008, Christopher served as a regional director, gaining extensive experience managing teams, overseeing operations, and guiding professionals. During this period, he developed expertise in leadership development, strategic growth, and client relationship management. He focused on helping teams improve performance, increasing accountability, and supporting organizational success.

After leaving that position in 2008, Polvado expanded his professional focus into consulting and business analysis. Between March 2009 and November 2021, he worked as a self-employed Business Analyst and Consultant. During those years, he advised companies on process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership development. His work concentrated on helping businesses improve efficiency, increase profitability, and establish systems that encouraged long-term sustainability.

In December 2021, Christopher joined Cogent Analytics as a Senior Executive Business Analyst. His responsibilities include analyzing business operations, evaluating financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. He works with business owners from a variety of industries and brings more than 17 years of senior business analysis experience, along with over 25 years of leadership and consulting expertise. His specialties include operations management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and marketing strategy.

Polvado's leadership philosophy is built around servant leadership. He believes leadership is most effective when it focuses on supporting others, strengthening teams, and creating an environment where people can succeed together. Throughout his career, he has emphasized accountability, communication, and alignment between daily decisions and long-term business goals.

Christopher Polvado has also remained involved in community and faith-based service. He has supported the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for approximately 10 years and has been involved with Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Texas, for approximately 20 years.
