Clair Williams-Vavra is an operations and customer experience (CX) leader who builds scalable systems that strengthen revenue, retention, and long-term impact. As Chief Operating Officer at SI Consulting, she hires and oversees a team of strategic delivery consultants supporting enterprise state government engagements, while building company operational infrastructure.

Previously, Clair helped lead enterprise customer experience strategy at Sammons Financial Group, focusing on service design and cross-functional alignment. She has also founded and scaled entrepreneurial ventures including Green Mason and is currently building held, an early-stage maternal health platform.

Across both startup and enterprise settings, she builds systems that challenge assumptions, surface friction early, and align operational decisions with real customer outcomes.
