I am inspired by being able to apply psychology across a range of contexts and love working with people who share my enthusiasm and vision for developing value-based, lean and person-centered ways of working.

You will often see me carrying large rolls of paper and pens as I am a graphic and process facilitator in the world of person centred planning and organisational development. Ask me and I will be happy to tell you all about this way of working.

I am also a Sycol consultant in the area of workforce and systemic improvement. This involves working together in order to embed psychologically informed frameworks, supporting the development of innovative, high performance culture.
