Claire manages the award-winning taproom of Hale & True Cider Co. located in Philadelphia, right off of South Street. The taproom serves cider made on-site from fresh-pressed Pennsylvania apples, as well as carefully crafted cocktails, local beer, wine, spirits, and more.

Claire is a Certified Cider Professional and Level 1 Cicerone. She is an active member of both Philadelphia chapters of the Pink Boots Society and United States Bartenders Guild. Claire also owns and operates a cocktail kit and beverage tasting experience company, Blind Bear.
